My name is Kelley Bright, I’ve been involved in the health and fitness industry for the past 20 years helping people improve their health. During this time I’ve noticed that one of the biggest shifts in society is our lack of confidence and ability to make the right choices about the foods we eat. We are so bombarded with FAD diets, ever changing super-foods and manufacturing claims on food products that we have lost the ability to make common sense decisions about what is good for us.
